In Seller Hub, go to Payments → Reports
Choose Transaction report and pick your date range
Click Generate CSV, then Download once it's ready
Download the CSV — that's the file to drop below (not the separate Orders/Refunds/Expenses CSVs eBay also offers, which use different columns)
